Kasha earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from The University of California Santa Barbara in 1995. Her early education and training in Chinese medicine began in GuangZhou China under the tutelage of Master Luo Guo Hua as an adjunct to her martial arts training. After 2 years of dedicated training, she returned home to attend graduate school and ultimately received her Master's degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine from a 4 year program at the Santa Barbara College of Oriental Medicine. Kasha is a licensed acupuncturist, herbalist and primary care provider in California.
Kasha specializes in female and male reproductive health, pregnancy, postpartum support, neuro-endocrine-immune health and offers alternative medicine for a wide variety of other acute and chronic issues. Kasha's 16 years of clinical experience along with her own personal health journey gives her a unique perspective on addressing complicated cases.
Kasha has served patients both on and off-site from Northern California Fertility Medical Center, Cal-IVF Davis, and Kaiser Fertility Center. Working in concert with the treatment protocols designed by her patients' reproductive endocrinologists, Kasha is able to weave Chinese medicine into the fertility programs for better results and faster recovery times.
Kasha is also dedicated to serving her community by offering educational groups for her patients and the general public. These groups include acupuncture demonstrations and discussions of the latest relevant scientific research. She has also been a guest speaker for RESOLVE of Northern California, a support group for families dealing with the challenges of infertility.
