Fee Schedule
Patients are seen on a one-on-one basis for the duration of each appointment.
Unlike many clinics, you will receive our full attention during the block of time reserved especially for you.
For this reason we have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Late cancellations will be charged 50% and no-shows will be charged the full
treatment fee.
Note: Our functional medicine fees have changed as of 6/21/24. Appointments booked prior to that date will honor the old fee schedule.
Traditional Chinese Medicine
- Initial Acupuncture Visit - Comprehensive Exam, Evaluation & Treatment$180
In-depth discussion of your symptoms and medical/family history, exam (including Chinese tongue and pulse diagnosis), and comprehensive evaluation. Next, you will receive a full acupuncture treatment. Finally, I will provide diet/lifestyle recommendations (if needed) and answer any questions. (90 min.) - Acupuncture Return Visit$95
May include acupuncture, electro-stim, cupping or moxibustion. We will also make refinements to your plan and I will answer any questions you may have. (60 min.)
Functional Medicine
- Initial Functional Medicine Consultation$150
Includes full medical history intake and evaluation, physical examination, review of assessment forms, selection of appropriate labs specific to individual case. (60 min.) - Full Functional Medicine Workup $650
Full functional medicine workup: personalized plan that includes short term and long term goals with diet, nutrition and lifestyle recommendations. Includes one 90 minute session and two 30 minute followups. (90 + 30 + 30 min.) - Additional In-Person/Phone Follow-Ups $80
Review of plan and patient progress (30 min.) - Written Follow-Ups $40
Through our online, HIPAA-compliant messaging system (15 min.) - Lab testsVaries
Patient lab fees are paid by the patient directly to the lab and vary by test type.
Way of the Phoenix Acupuncture does not bill insurance.
